What You’ll Be Doing

  • Review study requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to develop start-up activities and documentation

  • Define project plans, including timelines, milestones, and reporting schedules

  • Provide timely project updates to internal and sponsor representatives

  • Identify critical success factors and manage resources for project completion

  • Lead financial tasks such as billing, forecasting, and revenue reporting

  • Ensure SOP compliance and coordinate protocol clarifications with project teams

  • Oversee site management of data collection with internal and external teams

  • Deliver team training, set performance expectations, and provide coaching

  • Support business development through capability presentations and investigator meetings

  • Initiate and manage project close-out activities to completion.
     

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1–3 years of clinical trials experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical research organization

  • Previous project management experience in clinical development

  • Working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations

  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access, and Project

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude
