What You’ll Be Doing
Review study requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to develop start-up activities and documentation
Define project plans, including timelines, milestones, and reporting schedules
Provide timely project updates to internal and sponsor representatives
Identify critical success factors and manage resources for project completion
Lead financial tasks such as billing, forecasting, and revenue reporting
Ensure SOP compliance and coordinate protocol clarifications with project teams
Oversee site management of data collection with internal and external teams
Deliver team training, set performance expectations, and provide coaching
Support business development through capability presentations and investigator meetings
Initiate and manage project close-out activities to completion.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of clinical trials experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical research organization
Previous project management experience in clinical development
Working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access, and Project
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude
Based in or able to work from [Location] (remote/hybrid/on-site)
