Market Data Expense Efficiency Vice President

Working across EMEA, NAM, and APAC, you will partner with senior business leaders, trading desks, finance, procurement, and operations teams to drive cost transparency, optimize costs, and deliver strategic transformation initiatives leveraging analytics, automation, and AI.

Team/Role Overview
The Business Expense Transparency Group is a global function responsible for optimising market data spend and delivering best-in-class expense management across Citi. Operating across NAM, EMEA and APAC, the team oversees the full market data expense lifecycle. The team partners closely with Finance, Operations, Business Advisory, Procurement, Controllers, Trading Desks, Business Management and Senior Leadership to support effective financial oversight and informed decision-making.
What you’ll do
This role plays a key part in ensuring market data expenses are accurately managed, reported and aligned with Citi’s financial and strategic objectives.
Working across regions and business lines, you will provide financial insight, transparency and recommendations that support senior management decisions. The position suits a highly analytical professional who can work both as part of a team, and independently, influence stakeholders and drive measurable business improvements.
