Position Overview:

Join our dynamic Finning Aftermarket team as an Aftermarket Support Specialist, where you’ll play a crucial role in driving market share growth for Caterpillar products. In this role you’ll blend customer communication, sales, and business development skills to lead by influence and ensure the commercial success of Caterpillar Wear parts.

This is a specialty Aftermarket sales and support role responsible for introducing and selling new specialized services and Wear parts to existing accounts. Primary responsibility is to grow undercarriage and ground-engaging tool (GET) sales within a given territory.

Competitive earning potential of $85,000–$100,000+ annually, consisting of base salary plus a performance‑based annual bonus

Job Description:

Typical Day:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

  • Drive incremental sales of CAT products to all customers in the region.

  • Act as a liaison between customers, account teams, and Finning Product Managers.

  • Provide product application assistance, feature/benefit explanations, and repair options to customers and sales staff.

  • Collaborate with the Parts and Service Department to ensure proper inventory, packaging, and application.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Heavy Equipment, Construction, Mining or Power Systems is an asset.

  • Technical and/or parts experience (trade ticket) is an asset.

  • 2+ years of related experience working with heavy equipment or related industries.

  • Proven results in marketing or sales operations, with the ability to capture the attention of internal sales teams, external channel partners, and customers.

  • Effective communication skills to instill customer confidence with product offerings.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent is an asset.

  • Self-driven, tenacious, and optimistic, bringing energy, passion, and positivity to the team.
