If you are a current Linnaeus Associate, you will need to apply internally. In order to do this, please contact our Talent Acquisition team (details can be found via The Link) and someone will be in touch to discuss and progress your application.

Rota - 40hrs over 5 days per week, shifts are variable (7.30-4.30, 8-5, 10.30-7.30), fixed 9 month maternity cover.

Salary - Up to £30,000 pro rata, dependant on experience.

We are excited to be looking for the right Registered Veterinary Nurse to join the St Anne's team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. You will join a large team of 13 vets, RVN's and Student Veterinary Nurses in an environment that encourages teaching and learning. In addition, the nursing team is supported by a small team of Patient Care Assistants, so that RVN's can focus on providing excellent patient care. RVN's at St Anne's enjoy a highly practical role, almost exclusively being responsible for taking all blood samples and placement of IV cannula's. The nursing team are currently leading our campaign towards achieving our Practice Standards Award in Inpatient Care and would love to find an enthusiastic and motivated individual who would like the opportunity to influence this.

In addition, you will work across all areas of practice: consulting, lab, anaesthesia and inpatient care. As we employ a large reception team, reception work is not commonplace. We are pleased to be able to work in a well-equipped practice and see an interesting caseload owing to that fact that many of our team have gained additional certifications.

Our primary focus is to find the right fit for our team, which is often likened to a (very large!) family. We are therefore always willing to accommodate practice tours and visits for potential candidates.
