STILL Materials Handling Ltd is part of the KION Group, one of the World’s leading manufacturers of forklift trucks, warehouse and material handling equipment. We are currently looking for an experienced Key Account Service Manager to join our national team.

What we offer:

As Key Account Service Manager at STILL, your role would be to assist the Key Account Managers and the wider team through the management of the operational follow-up of existing National Key Account Contracts and Territory Key Accounts.

To be responsible for the successful implementation and subsequent application of agreed deals and their terms and the quality of services offered to existing National Key Account and Territory Key Account customers.

To be considered for this role, you will need experience of the following areas:

  • Service management / controller / team leader experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to plan, organise, prioritise job responsibilities
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Previous experience of building and developing strong customer relationships
  • Commercial mindset
  • Professional appearance
  • Previous experience of SAP Systems
  • Valid driving license
