We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in coordinating large-scale events, streamlining marketing projects, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, and other teams.

As the Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the success of Kiddom’s events and exhibitions. This position requires a highly organized individual who can juggle multiple projects at once, working collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to ensure every event runs smoothly, from planning to post-event follow-up. You will be involved in the coordination of major national conferences, trade shows, and local/regional events, ensuring flawless execution, on-time delivery, and alignment with the broader marketing and sales goals.

Additionally, the Marketing Operations Coordinator will create and manage detailed project plans for marketing initiatives, ensuring assets are delivered on time and within scope. They will serve as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, addressing bottlenecks, and communicating updates to ensure seamless execution and alignment across departments.

Salary range is dependent on geography, past experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
