Summary:
As an Inside Sales Lead, you will be responsible for executing the sales strategy and monitoring the performance of the sales team. A typical day involves analyzing sales results, creating actionable plans to drive improvements, and providing coaching and constructive feedback to team members. You will also oversee the achievement of sales-related quotas for the Business to Business Sales team, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management.
- Experience with customer relationship management software.
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and trends.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A BE MBA is required.
