JOIN OUR TEAM: EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR A DYNAMIC  Senior Sales and Account Manager TO DRIVE GROWTH AND SUCCESS FOR SABRE HOSPITALITY AND OUR CUSTOMERS
 

This role will serve as a Business Development champion for Sabre, with a focus on building a strong relationship with new and existing customers to aggressively expand product attachment through consultative sales.  Our “Unicorn” candidate is a hungry, driven, relentless, well connected Hospitality Sales Professional, based in the US (DFW Area Ideal), with a proven track record of sales success. The right candidate will have a firm grasp of Hotel Technology including CRS (SynXis knowledge a huge plus), PMS, & CRM. This role requires a confident business manager and skilled relationship architect that can hit the ground running and quickly deliver sales success. 


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Win Additional Business for Sabre Hospitality within your assigned target accounts
  • Swiftly become the expert on your portfolio.
    •  Align with Sales Directors to understand new accounts coming in and participate in their implementations to ensure a smooth transition.
    • Analyze all target accounts for additional product potential and engage to quickly assess interest and drive sales.
  • Rigorously manage an accurate pipeline and document Prospects, Contacts, and Communications within the Sales Force CRM.
  • Diligently follow up on all conversations to drive sales with urgency.
  • Hungrily learn the full portfolio of Sabre Hospitality’s product and service offerings, how they create value, and how to present them to accounts in order to enable efficient sales engagements with maximum attachment of offerings that are a good fit.
  • Work across teams within Sabre to ensure successful discovery, planning, and delivery of services for clients.
  • Own the commercial process including creating pricing models, bidding, negotiating and facilitating contracts.
  • Evangelization within the Hospitality Industry for Sabre’s portfolio of products – you will have a finger on the pulse of all industry challenges, and how Sabre’s solutions could be beneficial for prospective customers.
  • Manage all aspects of the commercial relationship with your assigned portfolio of accounts including:
    • Solidifying renewal opportunities and protecting recurring revenue streams
    • Planning and leading effective customer meetings and sales presentations
    • Negotiating contracts following deal review process and ensuring margins and pricing are in-line with SHS strategy
    • Coordinating within Sabre and customer to ensure obligations are met from both client and Sabre perspectives

Qualifications and Education Requirements
 
Must Have Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience successfully selling above quota in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to craft and deliver effective presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Persistent and efficient prospecting and hunting. Get in touch with key decision makers at prospect companies and quickly get to a no or yes.
  • Passionate about hospitality technology, experience working in and with hotels.

Nice To Have Skills:

  • Experience as a revenue management or distribution professional.
  • Experience using Salesforce as a CRM, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
  • Formal training in a sales methodology, preferably Miller Heiman.
  • Familiarity with technologies, booking systems, and emerging tools that hotels use.
