Cutting Edge Optronics (CEO), an affiliate company of Northrop Grumman Corporation, is the leading provider of high-power laser diode arrays, high power laser amplifiers and diode-pumped solid state (DPSS) lasers. We are a vertically integrated manufacturer capable of supplying unmounted diode bars, packaged laser diodes, DPSS modules, laser diode drivers and complete DPSS laser systems. Our diode laser-based products have become industry standards and are used in a wide variety of commercial and military applications.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Business Development group. The position requires a self-starting individual with demonstrated ability to understand diode and DPSS laser product/system requirements and negotiate acceptable commercial terms. CEO has experienced significant growth – doubling in revenue over the past 6 years – and seeks an individual capable of accelerating that trajectory.
This position is preferably based in St Charles, MO or Boston, MA area, though we are also considering candidates located in other geographic locations and/or willing to relocate.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
