What would your day-to-day look like?
Assisting with the various administrative tasks that may arise daily in the Operations Department during the PM shift
Working as part of a team with your department colleagues to meet the company’s objectives
Contact with customers via phone and email
Front desk/reception duties

What do we expect from you?
Intermediate level (B1) of English (written and spoken) is essential
Proficiency in Portuguese
Minimum qualification: 12th grade or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Previous experience in similar roles will be valued
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 14:00 to 22:00
