What would your day-to-day look like?

  • Assisting with the various administrative tasks that may arise daily in the Operations Department during the PM shift

  • Working as part of a team with your department colleagues to meet the company’s objectives

  • Contact with customers via phone and email

  • Front desk/reception duties

What do we expect from you?

  • Intermediate level (B1) of English (written and spoken) is essential

  • Proficiency in Portuguese

  • Minimum qualification: 12th grade or equivalent

  • Basic computer skills

  • Previous experience in similar roles will be valued

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 14:00 to 22:00
