About the Role

Responsible for providing secretarial / administrative support to executives

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to CIO including Email screening, calendar management, appointment setting, phone call screen, log and reply, expense claim etc.
  • Play an active role in the effective communication and serve as a liaison between CIO and other departments
  • Coordinate and participate relevant meeting, complete meeting minutes / memos and follow-up
  • Prepare statistics, overviews, calculation and other presentations material according to business requirement. Study reports received, check and bring to the attention of CIO on significant items, changes, errors or omissions.
  • Actively involve in project tracking and prepare memo and updates timely.
  • Support in credit risk related internal and external requirement checking / reports
  • Conduct credit research and analysis work as assigned by CIO
  • Performs adhoc responsibilities and duties as assigned by CIO
