Join Medical Innovation Technology Management as our dedicated Assistant Property Manager. You'll play a key role supporting our President in the operations, management, accounting, and maintenance of our expanding portfolio of commercial office and life science properties. We're seeking a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Assist in daily operations and ensure properties are maintained to company standards.
• Property Management: Support tenant relations, assist in leasing processes, and maintain accurate records.
• Accounting and Financial Management: Assist in invoice processing and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
• Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance, conduct property inspections, and schedule preventative maintenance tasks.
• Administrative Support: Provide scheduling, correspondence, and file management for the President.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in property management, preferably in the commercial office or life science sectors.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
