Position Summary...

We are responsible for Global Privacy Technology Product implementations across the globe so that we can earn our customers’ and associates’ trust.

We are from Risk Tech and building a Digital Citizenship Platform. This position will focus on the delivery of key strategic efforts and deliverables, ensure the development of roadmaps, project schedules and plans are created and maintained. Lead team of portfolio Project Managers in execution of planned work.

What you'll do:

  • Through this role you have an opportunity to design and develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the customer and the company. 
  • You also get to collaborate with team members to develop best practices and client requirements for the software. 
  • In this role it would be important for you to professionally maintain all codes, best practices and create updates regularly to address the customer’s and company’s concerns. 
  • You will show your skills in analysing and testing programs/products before formal launch to ensure flawless performance. 
  • You will be required to review design and code, provide technical solution's to team for complex requirements. 
  • Troubleshooting coding problems quickly and efficiently will offer you a chance to grow your skills in a high-pace, high-impact environment. 
  • Software security is of prime importance and by developing programs that monitor sharing of private information, you will be able to add tremendous credibility to your work.
  • You will also be required to seek ways to improve the software and its effectiveness. 
  • You will be called upon to support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all employees are confident in the use of software applications.


What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or related technical field.  
  • Minimum 6 years of object-oriented programming experience in Java, Spring boot, microservices, front end technologies (React JS).
  • Good understanding of Data Structures. 
  • 4 years of experience in systems design, algorithms, and distributed systems.  
  • Have programming experience preferably in the Finance/ retail / ecommerce industry.  
  • Python knowledge would be an added advantage.
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure, such as Open Stack, Azure, GCP, or AWS.
  • Experience working in Agile Methodology. 
  • Experience using CI/CD, tools for logging and metrics. 
  • A continuous drive to explore, improve, enhance, automate and optimize systems and tools.  
  • Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.  
  • Exposure to information retrieval, statistics, and machine learning.  
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
