WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role will be reporting in to the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition India working in close collaboration with globally distributed teams in Talent Acquisition, Business & Tech teams.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with a successful track record of partnering and supporting globally distributed Talent Acquisition teams, working closely with the hiring leaders, managing calendar and interview scheduling & candidate experience across India & Asia Pacific time zones. Our business is constantly evolving, so we are in need of someone who is a curious learner, flexible and comfortable adapting to change.

  • 2+ years of Talent Acquisition Coordination / HR experience in a fast paced environment

  • Advanced level of organization and experience juggling competing priorities, high degree of information gathering & research

  • Continous learner & willing to explore the other TA capabilities & grow with the team

  • Experience leveraging various digital platforms supporting recruiting (i.e. Workday, Hirevue, ServiceNow, Avature, Zoom, etc.)

  • Success working in an extremely fast paced environment with elements of ambiguity

  • Proven experience with general administrative duties such as calendar coordination, travel,  report generation & reporting

  • Proven experience working on special projects & Events (i.e. Talent Days, Career Fairs etc.)

  • Working across a wide range of internal and external business partners at all levels of the organization

  • Exercising high degree of professionalism and communication with confidential information

  • Willingness to working across various timezones, including scheduling and attending meetings

  • Success supporting multiple business partners with competing requests while offering a high degree of service

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you’ll be working in a strong  world class team of Recruiters & sharing the mission statement of “Win as a Team” across Geographies and envisaging and executing the fulfilment plans for smooth hiring process.

  • Scheduling of interviews across APLA (mainly India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan, Korea and Australia)

  • Communication with external and internal candidates.

  • Communication with internal hiring stakeholders across all levels of the business including senior leadership.

  • Management of data accuracy in the Nike hiring system & effective reporting on timely basis

  • Reporting – ad-hoc report requests on an as-needed basis.

  • Support other ad-hoc talent acquisition projects as needed
