Sabre is currently seeking for a Sales Training and Development intern to join the Global Sales Enablement team for the Travel Solutions Commercial organization #insidetheshift 

 

You will be a part of the Enablement and Customer Training Team. The team delivers training, communications and coaching to our sales teams as well as providing the knowledge our customers require to be successful.  

Role and Responsibilities  

What will you achieve?  

  • Deliver at least one project from beginning to end  

  • Learn about Microlearning and create content to benefit sales teams 

  • Own content creation projects and measure effectiveness 

  • Collaborate with teams identify learning gaps 

  • Research training trends in the industry and propose improvements and possible implementation 

  • Collaborate on other projects as assigned 

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements  

Skills: 

  • Communication (written, oral, and presentation skills) 

  • Research and problem-solving (analytical, critical thinking and tracking progress skills) 

  • Self-management (prioritization, time management and focus) 

  • Team player (collaboration and interpersonal skills) 

  • MS Office proficient  

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles (preferred)
