As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. The individual dedicates time to establishing platform standards that promote system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across various teams and stakeholders is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring that the solutions evolve effectively to meet organizational needs and market demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance product quality and delivery efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and technology adoption within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based architecture and deployment models related to packaged and software as a service applications.
- Experience in managing integrations and release cycles within complex software environments.
- Ability to define and enforce platform standards that ensure system reliability and performance.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to align technical solutions with business and vendor requirements.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges across multiple teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Fabric.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
