What you’ll bring  

We’re interested in hearing from people who:  

• Thrive on creating answers to solve complex transformational problems

• Bring deep expertise in full stack, full cycle engineering 

• Have successfully led teams through multi-year builds, ideally in a similar role at enterprise level or as a CTO at a scaleup or ASX 200 listed organisation 

• Take a pragmatic approach to technical debt, balancing commercial needs and engineering priorities 

• Can identify, secure support for and execute on a clear technical direction and strategy 

This is a hands-on, highly technical role. You’ll thrive if you have experience across:  

• Designing and implementing large-scale systems in a cloud environment

• Frontend: React 

• Backend: Language agnostic however Java / Scala is desirable 

• AI: experience of OpenAI and a good understanding of ML Ops

• Workflow orchestration and automation platforms e.g. Temporal, Camunda, Flowable 

• Best practice DevSecOps 

• Designing and developing secure, observable solutions 

• Mentoring engineers to grow their technical and leadership capabilities.
