Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients in the pediatric/adolescent behavioral health sector. This role requires a deep understanding of behavioral health services, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the behavioral health sector, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Service Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that clients receive high-quality behavioral health services. Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and that clients are satisfied with our services.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and secure new business opportunities. Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for growth.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts. Use data to make informed decisions and recommendations for service improvements.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on the use of our services and products. Ensure that clients are fully aware of the benefits and capabilities of our offerings.
- Compliance: Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the behavioral health sector.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Communication).
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field within the behavioral health industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of behavioral health services and the needs of clients in this sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with a CRM platform.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts in the behavioral health sector.
