PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Act as single contact window of business team and handle asset management activities for onsite customers.
  • Work with Ops, Supply Chain, BDS, TP team and sourcing team to drive Productivities for onsite customers.
  • Develop and maintain customer engagement plans, interface with customers on a regular basis, maintain close relationship with customers, understand and get involved with customers’ growth and demand forecast.
  • Review and execute annual price adjustment according to the contract.
  • Work closely with Collection team to ensure timely AR collection and maintain good DSO and AR past due control.
  • Support Permitting team to resolve issues related to onsite customers.
  • Submit workbook and work with CMD team to update onsite customer data.
  • Check customers’ PO/invoice checking and verify delivery record with the customer when required. 
  • Work with Billing team in getting the necessary approval for debit or credit memos.
  • Perform basic data analysis.
  • Other tasks assigned by Senior Lead Asset Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate is expected to have a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Chemical Engineering or Finance & Accounting) and acceptable English communication skills, e.g. fluent in written English.
  • 5+ years working experience in gas or petrochemical MNCs in F&A or customer management role or related activities.
  • Extensive coordination experience in a multi-functional environment, and desire to work in a business/customer management and sales/commercial role.
  • Strong selling and interpersonal skills, like challenges and have ability to manage customers as well as influence internal stakeholders and local government departments.
  • Hard working and strong in communication and problem solving. Capable of completing assigned tasks independently and proactively.
  • Able to travel when required.
