Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities:
1. Configure and support KLA Reticle Decision Center (RDC) software applications in semiconductor manufacturing in close collaboration with customer engineering, and KLA engineering and marketing teams.
2. Respond to customer requests and provide outstanding support with effective communication.
3. Continuously improve the recipe used in our software and enhance the performance of our applications based on a solid understanding of the working principles.
4. Communicate requirements on new product features, enhancements, and bug fixes clearly to engineering team, drive the product development processes, and strive to deliver high-qualify solutions to customer on time.
5. Understand customer’s production workflow for KLA solutions to provide maximum value to customers. Identify gaps and challenges, and areas of further collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications

Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
