Job Description
The Senior Manager, Digital Enablement and Channel Execution for PSS Marketing reports to the Director, Digital Enablement and Channel Execution, and leads a small team responsible for managing the execution of content management solutions across all PSS marketing web properties and client facing microsites.

You will be responsible for driving the functional execution of marketing initiatives within each digital content channel, supporting PSS best practices, standardization, and scale. Ensure ’last mile’ of execution is driven efficient and effective within all digital content channels to enable business and marketing success.

You will facilitate partnerships with enterprise technology, digital and data connectivity, product and operational teams to augment PSS platform usage and capabilities. You will drive the digital content roadmap for PSS marketing and communicate upcoming releases and new features.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Execution of content updates to all PSS Marketing web properties including CVS Caremark, CVS Specialty, Payor Solutions, Coram, Accordant etc. and client facing microsite development and maintenance.
  • Support strategic marketing functions across b2b and b2c functions with flawless channel execution and production.
  • Support strategic MarTech projects to enable new capabilities and channels.
  • Create best in class channel execution and training for partners and marketers

Hybrid model with 3 onsite days/week at one of these locations:

Woonsocket, RI

Wellesley, MA or Boston, MA

New York Soho area, NY

Hartford, CT

Chicago, IL

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in digital marketing with a focus on execution
  • Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Salesforce.com and Workfront
  • Prior management experience - ability to coach and develop manager level team members.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including sharing ideas and information across diverse audiences (technology partners, marketing strategists, etc.)
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, with problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate the details while keeping in mind the strategy in place.
  • Ability to inspire, collaborate with and influence your team as well as business partners.
  • Proven success in navigating and succeeding in a highly matrixed organization.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in marketing or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $199,144.80


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
