Position Summary You will lead commercial activities in Hyderabad to grow our business and improve patient care. You will work closely with local field teams and cross-functional partners to develop and deliver territory plans, build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, and gather actionable field insights. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Build and grow your assigned territory by developing trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and local stakeholders. - Share clear, accurate scientific and clinical information to support better patient care. - Plan and deliver local educational activities and events that reflect business and medical priorities. - Use data and insight to create local action plans, monitor progress, and adjust activities to meet objectives. - Work across sales, medical, and operations functions to deliver coordinated local strategies. - Ensure all activities comply with company policy, local laws, and ethical standards. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field. - Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role. Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Local language skills (Telugu, Hindi) are an advantage. - Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and influence healthcare stakeholders. - Comfortable using common digital tools (Word, Excel) and willing to learn CRM and other platforms. - Willingness to work in a hybrid model, travel regularly in the assigned territory, and represent the company professionally. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical affairs, or business development. - Experience planning and delivering local medical or educational events. - Ability to analyse market and customer data and translate insight into practical plans. - Familiarity with CRM or sales automation systems. - Strong organisation, planning and time-management skills. - Openness to continuous learning and collaborating across functions.
