The Challenge

Are you an ambitious sales professional at the start of your career, eager to grow in a dynamic and competitive environment? Then you’ve come to the right place! We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to support our corporate accounts (B2B) as well as travel management companies (TMC) and help strengthen our team while developing your skills in account management and business development.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist in acquiring new customers through market research and outreach
• Support the management of existing customers and contribute to build stronger business relationships
• Help analyse customer needs and identify potential growth opportunities
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to develop strategies that increase our market share
• Participate in promotional activities (events, mailings, incentives) together with the marketing team
• Prepare and support negotiations by drafting offers and presentations under guidance
• Monitor revenue and pricing within defined framework
• Contribute to international projects and tenders with support from senior team members

Your Profile

• Strong French and German language skills (one of them at native level, the other at professional proficiency), plus good English skills are required
• Completed commercial training or degree, ideally with initial experience in sales, customer service or related fields
• Interest in the automotive industry and working in an international environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Team-oriented, eager to learn, with good communication and presentation skills
• Customer-focussed mindset and willingness to take initiative
