Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Mandatory to work in rotational shifts 24*7 to ensure full-day support coverage of applications and data workflows

Role Overview:
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to monitor and maintain BOTS
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of application, promptly identifying and resolving issues, performing root cause analysis, executing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and communicating effectively with stakeholders and escalation teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Detect, triage failures, analyze problems, implement solutions, and enhance system performance
Perform initial troubleshooting and apply defined remedial actions based on SOPs.
Analyze root cause of recurring or complex issues and recommend long-term fixes or improvements.
Ad Hoc run requests (kicking off the bot in the Control room) in Automation Anywhere
Restarting the Bot Runner VDIs and AA control room
Researching whether input files are in the correct folder or in the folder and the naming convention is correct
Research whether the name within spreadsheet tabs or the data is in the correct row or column based on the input format template.
Request password updates from Business for AA bots that clone outside vendors for data
Update config files if there is an account added, file name changes or business date change for running the bot.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced and Automation Anywhere.
- Good To Have Skills: Xceptor and Power Automate desktop
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues.

Shift A (6:30 AM – 15:30 PM IST)
Shift B (14:30 PM – 23.30 PM IST)
Shift C (22:30 PM – 7:30 AM IST)
