Role and Responsibilities

How you make a difference
As Go-to-Market Team Lead, you own the end-to-end Go-to-Market process for launches and campaigns across our e-store. You ensure seamless alignment between commercial priorities, strategy, marketing objectives, and execution readiness across all channels. By connecting the right stakeholders at the right time, you enable teams to deliver consistently strong, on-time executions.

You act as the guardian of structure and clarity—driving planning, managing dependencies, and facilitating decision-making across functions. Through strong governance, clear roadmaps, and effective alignment moments, you make sure our Go-to-Market plans are not only ambitious, but also realistic and executable.

Also, you lead and develop a small team of 2 Specialists, providing direction, coaching, and feedback to help them—and the business—perform at their best.

Key responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage the full Go-to-Market calendar, ensuring visibility, prioritization, and alignment across all campaigns and product launches
  • Lead quarterly planning and alignment sessions, consolidating commercial and business innovation inputs into a clear, actionable roadmap
  • Drive structured cross-functional decision-making for key campaign and launch components
  • You oversee campaign readiness and follow up, ensuring the team completes all deliverables on time and meets brand and commercial standards.
  • Continuously improve Go-to-Market governance, documentation, and workflows to enhance consistency and efficiency
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Go-to-Market Specialists, fostering clarity, ownership, motivation, and accountability

Skills and Qualifications

Your team
As Go-to-Market Team Lead, you are part of the E-store Online Marketing organization (23 professionals), structured into four teams — Go-to-Market, Online Marketing, Performance & Optimization, and Online Execution — all working together to drive digital growth. In this hands-on role, you combine strategic ownership with execution, lead a small team of two specialists, and report to the Online Marketing Manager while collaborating closely with the other domain managers.

What you bring
As our new Go-to-Market Team Lead, you combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills. You maintain a clear helicopter view, set the right priorities, and confidently lead a team in a complex, fast-paced environment. You communicate clearly and constructively, enabling alignment and ownership across stakeholders.

You bring solid project management experience, work in a structured and detail-oriented way, and enjoy improving processes to make them scalable and effective. With a problem-solving mindset, you facilitate focused alignment sessions that drive clear decisions and strong collaboration.

We also request:

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Go-to-Market Team Lead or in a similar role
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, international projects, including launch preparation within complex organizations
  • Strategic and hands-on leader with proven people management skills
  • Strong facilitator of cross-functional alignment and decision-making
  • Professional command of Dutch and English; experience with Power BI and Adobe is a plus
