BIOAXIS Healthcare, an IQVIA business, is the leader in Patient Support Program services in Greece and cooperates with global and local pharmaceutical companies. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented accountant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely preparation, verification, and payment of invoices.

• Conduct a comprehensive review of account reconciliations and ensure accurate classification of expenses.

• Preparation of required procedures for compliant tax submission.

• Manage invoicing processes, in line with the agreements.

• Collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication skills and a deep understanding of accounting software and financial principles.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support both internal and external audit processes.

• Provide records of assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions.

Qualifications/ Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field

• Good analytical and numeracy skills.

• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients.

• Strong knowledge of SAP, MS Office and My DATA

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
