• <point>Ensuring platform compliance with accessibility requirements and leading migration away from legacy systems.</point>
• <point>Guiding proof-of-concept projects, evaluating alternative solutions, and addressing technical challenges.</point>
• <point>Supporting the design system by developing new UI components and promoting consistent usage across platforms.</point>
• <point>Taking ownership in resolving build, release, and deployment issues quickly to keep all mobile teams unblocked.</point>

• <point>You write clean, simple, secure and maintainable code, and mentor others to do the same.</point>
