Summary:
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementations: from requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, to go-live and post-go-live support.
Own and architect integrations between Fieldglass and other SAP modules (e.g. S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors, SAP ECC) as well as non-SAP systems using middleware, APIs, cloud integration tools.
Provide technical and functional subject matter expertise in modules such as Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, Statement of Work (SOW), Worker Profile Management.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical/functional designs.
Lead, mentor, and coach junior and mid-level Fieldglass consultants establish technical standards, configuration guidelines, and best practices.
Drive process optimizations: identify inefficiencies in processes, recommend improvements, implement automation, ensure compliance (legal, tax, labor, data security, etc.).
Engage with business stakeholders (HR, Procurement, Finance, Vendor Management) to understand needs, influence decisions, and ensure alignment.
Manage risk, issues, and dependencies in implementations ensure quality, performance, and robustness of the delivered solutions.
Ensure that the system is maintainable, scalable, secure oversee upgrades, patches, version transitions adhere to change management, documentation standards.
Monitor external workforce spending, vendor performance, compliance metrics implement dashboards and analytics to provide insights.
Work in agile environments participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming etc.
Professional Experience:
Experience: Typically, 7-10+ years of relevant Fieldglass / external workforce management consulting / implementation experience.
Proven track record of multiple full-cycle SAP Fieldglass implementations, with integration experience.
Deep functional knowledge of the main Fieldglass modules: Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement, Worker Profile, SOW etc.
Strong technical skills for integration: APIs, middleware (SAP CPI / CIG / PI/PO), data mapping, customizations.
Understanding of related SAP modules (e.g. S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors, SAP ECC) for smooth end-to-end process flows.
Experience with global deployments – managing settings for multiple geographies, compliance with cross-border labor laws, tax, regulatory and data security requirements.
Leadership and mentoring experience: able to lead small to medium teams, guide, review work.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills: able to interact with senior leadership, clients, and vendors.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
