POSITION OVERVIEW
As a key contributor to financing and credit, the Account Manager will use their talent and creativity to make a real impact on the success of Canadian entrepreneurs. They will leverage his or her relational strengths and network of contacts by identifying opportunities to accelerate the growth of Canadian entrepreneurs and by developing business opportunities, both in financing and consulting.
CHALLENGES TO BE MET
You will meet and build ongoing relationships with entrepreneurs, clients and prospects in the region and discuss with them the particularities of their business in order to diagnose the issues, provide them with advice and identify, if necessary, a BDC service offer appropriate to their business needs;
You deliver your marketing plan aligned with the objectives of the Business Centre. This will allow you to ensure the growth and retention of current clients in your portfolio while acquiring new clients and creating a pool of business opportunities;
You have a concrete business development plan spread over 90 days and you propose solutions to their challenges;
You will present mandates in consulting services;
You analyze, negotiate and present high-quality loan proposals using sound credit judgment;
You will develop a portfolio of customers and seek out prospects in the manufacturing, manufacturing, distributor fields among others and support them in their growth plan via BDC solutions.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Do you have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a field deemed equivalent?
Do you have energy, do you like to develop markets and help entrepreneurs.es achieve their business objectives?
Do you have good financial analysis and financial statement interpretation skills?
Do you have a professional or pending accounting designation? If so, this is an interesting asset.
Are you passionate about entrepreneurship and have 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role with sales objectives as well as good knowledge of the region's business community?
Are you known for your curiosity, your ability to listen and you have a sixth sense that allows you to identify the issues and business needs for entrepreneurs.es?
Do your clients and business relations remember you because of the accuracy of your advice, your proactivity and your outstanding customer service?
Are you a team player and build effective and lasting relationships with your peers as well as with business contacts and external partners?
You are active in your community by taking part in associations or being a member of a chamber of commerce.
