What the Role Entails

As a Business Operation Intern, you will:

1. Responsible for the management of Tencent's overseas gaming business, aligning with strategic objectives to support the achievement of overseas game studio business performance;

2. Support business team in various task executions including but not limited to: finance process management, contract and legal documentation, project compliance clearance, budget calculations, etc.
3. Help to coordinate information and communication between Tencent HQ and overseas studios, leverage Tencent internal resources from various departments to help solving studios’ problems.

Who We Look For

1. Undergraduate or graduate students majored in marketing, economics, business management or communications;

2. Clear thinking, strong logical reasoning skills, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to analyze and solve problems, with a knack for identifying and diagnosing issues;

3. High level of execution and sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and drive projects efficiently through various project management methods;

4. Being able to shift work schedule to adapt to the China standard time zone;

5. Proficient in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to use both as a working language.
