  • Escalate OT‑specific issues appropriately while maintaining strong communication with control room operators, engineers, and operational stakeholders.
  • Maintain awareness of site OT architecture and equipment to ensure you can provide effective first‑response support, without being the primary OT engineer.

Stakeholder Engagement, Communication & Collaboration

  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with all levels of the organisation—from frontline operators to senior leaders.
  • Build strong relationships with mine‑site personnel, control room operators, supervisors, and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with remote DXC teams to ensure consistent service delivery across the account.
  • Mentor junior technicians, providing guidance, leadership, and technical escalation support.

Operational Excellence, Logistics & Asset Management

  • Coordinate safe storage, transport, and handling of IT and OT equipment.
  • Maintain accurate ticketing, reporting, and documentation aligned to DXC standards.
