Job Description:

Within the Make Smart Operations group, this role supports critical digital systems including Asset Management, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Data Historian, and Labeling & Content Management. The Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data flows, system performance, and content accuracy, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

Role Summary:  

The Analyst in Make Smart Operations is responsible for supporting and optimizing digital systems related to Asset Management, OEE, Data Historian, and Labeling & Content Management. This role ensures data integrity, system performance, and content accuracy to drive operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Analyst acts as a bridge between operations, IT, and engineering teams to facilitate system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day operations of Asset Management, OEE, Data Historian, and Labeling & Content Management systems.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions.

  • Assist in data collection, validation, and analysis to monitor system performance and operational KPIs.

  • Support system upgrades, configuration changes, and integration activities.

  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulations.

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide insights into equipment performance, asset health, and content status.

  • Assist in documenting system workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures.

  • Support training and change management initiatives related to system updates and new features.

  • Engage with stakeholders across manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and IT to gather requirements and support continuous improvement.

  • Participate in audits and compliance activities related to data management and system controls.

Domain Expertise:

  • Understanding of Asset Management, OEE, Data Historian, and Labeling & Content Management systems.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and data flow within a production environment.

  • Ability to analyze system data and identify trends or anomalies.

  • Foundational skills in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools.

  • Foundational skills in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation and Emerging Technology

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience supporting manufacturing or industrial digital systems, with a focus on Asset Management, OEE, Data Historian, or Content Management systems

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications

  • Familiarity with Asset Management platforms (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or similar)

  • Knowledge of OEE data collection and analysis tools

  • Experience with Data Historian systems (e.g., OSIsoft PI, AVEVA Historian)

  • Understanding of Labeling & Content Management systems and workflows

  • Basic proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with GxP requirements and regulations.

Travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$65,000.00 - $104,650.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
