Job Summary

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead and scale sales performance across project business in Poland. This role combines commercial leadership, strategic market development, and people management, with a strong focus on profitable growth. You will build high‑impact customer partnerships, lead the team of KAMs, and position the company as a trusted partner in lighting solutions, projects, and systems. This role offers real influence on market strategy, execution, and long‑term growth.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Leads and motivates sales team to meet and exceed sales and other financial and operational targets while driving growth initiatives. Drives sales team engagement and fosters a culture of accountability to enhance team performance and motivation.
  • Delivers on financial targets by achieving revenue, margins, and sales productivity efficiency targets within the assigned geographical area.
  • Identifies high-potential sectors, customers, and partners and drive initiatives for market share growth in the lighting business.
  • Establishes high levels of customer partnership and satisfaction through proactive relationship management and responsiveness to customer needs. Builds senior-level relationships with end users, contractors, developers, and government bodies.
  • Develops the skills of sales specialists and KAMs on products, systems and sales competencies, in order to build a high-performing, technically competent sales team.
  • Oversees the project sales funnel across the region, ensuring healthy opportunity pipelines, accurate forecasting, and timely deal closures.
  • Coordinates with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of large projects and customer satisfaction.
  • Strengthens relationships with System Integrators, ensuring they are trained, certified, and motivated to promote the company’s lighting solutions.

Critical Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales and commercial leadership, including managing regional sales teams and delivering revenue and margin targets.
  • Proven experience in complex B2B sales environments, ideally within lighting, construction, BMS solutions, projects, systems, or technology‑driven solutions.
  • Strong leadership and people‑management skills, with experience in coaching, developing, and retaining high‑performing sales teams.
  • Advanced stakeholder management capabilities, including senior‑level customer engagement and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with demonstrated ability to manage pricing, profitability, forecasting, and performance KPIs.
  • Solid market awareness, analytical thinking, and the ability to adapt sales strategies to changing market dynamics.
  • Sales management, leadership, or commercial certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
