The Professional Health Coordinator serves a key role in Cleveland Clinic’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This role includes assessment, case management, short-term counseling, and support for both mandatory and voluntary caregivers—primarily healthcare professionals with concerns
such as substance use, mental health, or cognitive issues.
Caregivers in this position must manage sensitive and complex cases with discretion, professionalism, and high emotional intelligence. They will collaborate with hospital leadership, work across all organizational levels, and may contribute to compliance monitoring and program development.
A caregiver in this role will work 4 days a week on-site at Bath Health and Wellness and one day on-site at Mercy Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and one evening per-week from 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Occasional schedule flexing may be required for critical employee situations.
