The Software Engineering Manager will be entrusted with the design and development of web-based products that delight our clients and scale out to millions of users. Your responsibilities include leading multiple high performing teams to take products and features from inception through agile development and into our clients’ and their employees’ and their employees’ hands. The best candidates will draw on extensive knowledge and experience of managing IT professionals (at all levels) within the organization, driving quality and focus within respective teams and effectively communicating with leadership. The successful individual thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.

The pay range for this position is $122,000 to $190,500 per year (pay to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, balanced against internal equity and competitive market based geographic ranges).
This role is eligible to participate in the bonus incentive plan.
