Work Location: Bardon, Leicester
Role Type: x2 FTCs until March and June 2025, 42 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am - 12pm with an afternoon off the following
Hybrid: 2-3 days a week in the office

Joining our wholesale business (Laddaw®) at a very exciting time as we continue a growth trajectory and make year on year improvements, in 2023 we secured a significant financial investment for the development of our wholesale systems including our website and online ordering facilities, further cementing Laddaw® as a market leader and modernising our business.
Within this role you will proactively engage in inbound conversations with external/wholesale customers, engaging with them to maintain strong customer relationships.
You’ll hold regular ‘check-in’ calls with wholesale customers to ensure we are fulfilling requirements as needed and maximising sales opportunities and resolve operational issues and price queries as they arise, making follow up calls to customers where needed.
You’ll identify and act upon opportunities to increase sales and develop the business of Belron UK Ltd with our wholesale customers as well as managing enquiries and sales requests from wholesale customers via voice or online channels.
We would like to see someone motivated and driven to provide an excellent customer experience across all the accounts they’ll manage. You’ll need to be comfortable speaking with customers directly so experience in either a phone-based environment or a retail setting is ideal.
You’ll also be working with a variety of departments across the business so the ability to engage and build rapport at all levels is highly desirable.
