Position Overview
Named Account Expansion Sales Representative is a critical sales role focused on driving growth within a portfolio of existing Enterprise accounts in Korea. This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new revenue opportunities through strategic up-selling, cross-selling, and add-on sales. As a quota-carrying position, success is measured by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. The role collaborates closely with Named Account Sales Executives, Named Account Sales Managers, and the broader sales and customer success teams to maximize account penetration and long-term customer value. This is a hybrid, hub-based position located in Seoul, Korea, offering a dynamic blend of remote and in-office collaboration.
Responsibilities
Create new business by creatively expanding existing Named Accounts
Define a business plan to lead target achievement by analyzing market dynamics, historic performance, customer portfolio and total addressable market
Manage accounts through entire sales process; from business development, prospecting, negotiation, and post-sales support
Deliver an accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly forecast
Understand customer issues and requirements to recommend a specific Autodesk product or industry solution
Maintain basic knowledge of Autodesk products, competitive products, and industry trends and Autodesk Subscription and Advanced Support
Use Salesforce.com to document all customer opportunities and customer activity
Maintain Salesforce.com opportunities using probability definitions embedded to categorize opportunities according to forecast against plans and targets weekly
Build relationships for business planning with Named Accounts Sales Executives and their management team
Collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote engagement with in-office teamwork to drive productivity and alignment
Work closely with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize account expansion opportunities
Actively contribute to the team, sharing best practices, insights, and strategies to drive overall team success
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of IT sales experience, preferably in enterprise or named account sales
Proven ability to drive sales growth through up-selling, cross-selling, and account expansion strategies
Strong work ethic: team-oriented, self-starter, high-energy, and results-driven
Ability to adapt quickly and effectively manage challenging sales situations
Familiarity with sales processes, CRM tools, and modern sales methodologies (e.g., Solution Selling, Challenger Sales, or similar approaches)
Highly proficient computer skills, including internet research, Salesforce.com (SFDC), Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Hybrid work adaptability, with the ability to collaborate effectively in both remote and in-office settings
Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings, events, and internal business reviews
Fluent in Korean and English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus
