Description -
This is a Limited Term Employee position responsible for performing routine system installations and configurations, utilizing proactive monitoring to prevent issues, and executing scripted change management activities to ensure operational efficiency. The role offers expert technical guidance on application and configuration-related matters to ensure system reliability and engages in addressing customer concerns promptly. The role coordinates departmental work and identifies improvement opportunities while also maintaining effective business controls and fostering positive working relationships within the organization.
Responsibilities
• Performs routine installations and configures system hardware, software, and network components to meet established standards with guidance.
• Utilizes proactive monitoring and analysis procedures and tools to identify root causes and implement preventive measures against potential issues.
• Executes scripted change management activities according to approved and documented procedures, contributing to operational efficiency.
• Offers expert technical guidance and supports on application and configuration-related issues, ensuring system reliability.
• Addresses customer-relations issues promptly and appropriately, taking ownership to ensure the satisfactory resolution of complaints by involving the appropriate resources.
• Responds to common service, product, technical, and customer-relations inquiries, addressing problems promptly and appropriately, thereby ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Applies extensive knowledge, resolves complex issues, and recommends improvements through creative and effective approaches.
• Coordinates departmental work, mentors the team, and serves as an escalation point for different issues in the related area of work.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement, makes recommendations, and also assures effective business controls through review, analysis, and verification.
• Coordinates the functional work within the department, assists various departments, monitors process execution, and fosters positive working relationships with associates and management.
Education & Experience Recommended
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in maintenance, quality, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $ 52,650.00 to $73,700.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
