JLL has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Facilities Manager to join a major European integrated facilities management account. This senior role reports to the EMEA Account Director and carries full operational responsibility for facilities management services across Israel, DACH region, Middle East & Africa, Southern Europe, and the Nordics. You will lead on-site FM teams while ensuring seamless delivery of hard and soft services, financial management, and exceptional customer service aligned with contractual requirements.

 

What This Job Involves

 

Operational Leadership & Service Delivery

• Maintain operational awareness and deep understanding of JLL delivery requirements and customer needs across all designated facilities within the regional cluster

• Provide resilient organizational structure across all facilities to ensure consistent JLL service delivery standards are maintained on-site

• Support the JLL Account Director in driving EMEA-wide initiatives including Engineering Service Delivery, Compliance Management, Asset Management, Energy and Sustainability programs, and Client First Interface delivery

• Execute annual account plans while promoting innovation and continuous improvement across the regional portfolio

 

Team Management & Development

• Demonstrate exceptional leadership by providing clear direction and mentoring to JLL teams across the portfolio, promoting engagement and customer service excellence

• Ensure aligned delivery across all service lines while fostering a culture of high performance and professional development

• Act as the go-to person for coordination of facilities, project management, and crisis management activities, ensuring timely solutions and removal of potential roadblocks

• Provide comprehensive support to JLL facility managers regarding Building Management Systems, PPM Schedules, Task Systems, EHS and Quality Compliance

 

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Promote high levels of satisfaction among client users through prompt response and customer service-focused delivery

• Communicate in an open, honest, and transparent manner, tailoring messages to specific audiences and their unique needs

• Support delivery of FM services across the portfolio in terms of contract delivery, health and safety, engineering services, legislative compliance, and contractor management

• Ensure all contractual deliverables are completed within agreed timeframes, KPIs, and SLAs

 

Technical & Compliance Excellence

• Provide expert guidance to local facility managers on hard services, technical repairs, and local vendor management

• Ensure statutory and local regulatory compliance across all aspects of service delivery at every facility

• Support JLL and client Health & Safety objectives, working closely with H&S Managers to maintain current and relevant documentation

• Drive sustainability initiatives and value-added services that enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes

Essential Experience & Skills

• Technical qualification or background strongly preferred

• Extensive FM background with proven ability to understand and evaluate hard service and soft service delivery

• Demonstrated track record of supporting and leading site-based teams across multiple service lines

• Proven ability to work independently while driving positive business impacts

• Strong willingness to travel regularly to support European-wide service delivery

• Successful contract management and team leadership experience

• Proven ability to build and maintain effective vendor relationships

• Experience in financial management with demonstrated success in identifying cost savings and avoidance opportunities

 

Technical & Professional Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency required

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation and negotiation capabilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively

• Strong networking skills with ability to engage at all organizational levels

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing business requirements

• Initiative, confidence, and professionalism in all business dealings

• Graduate-level qualification or equivalent, preferably in property, facilities, or engineering

• Customer-facing experience within technical FM services environment

• Health & Safety qualification equivalent to IOSH/NEBOSH

• Flexibility regarding work types and availability requirements

• Fluent in French and English
