The New Energy Solutions Product Manager will assist the Product Leader in developing and executing the evolution pump product roadmap. This involves collaborating with the R&D team to ensure technological consistency and defining cost structures for pumps in New Energy markets.

As New Energy Solutions Product Manager you wll be responsible for :

• Ensuring accountability for functional, business, and broader PVS objectives.
• Engaging in discussions with various teams to enhance processes, procedures, and operational methods.
• Driving synergy with the CTS organization by promoting pumping solutions to shared customers, including visiting clients and suppliers to explore new applications.
• Following established frameworks to navigate processes, attending customer and operator meetings alongside the commercial team in New Technology environments (e.g., CO2, CPS, W-to-E, LAES) to detail product features and applications.
• Partnering with customers in the CCUS and Energy Transition spaces to optimize process solutions as part of integrated BH equipment proposals.
• Focusing on business expansion toward future profitable applications like Cryogenic pumps and Liquid Air. Supporting partnership initiatives, defining cost and pricing levels for solutions in a DTI environment, and organizing and analyzing customer feedback to generate ideas for product refinement that enhance competitiveness.
• Presenting insights to senior leaders on specific technical matters and cross-functional contributions that align technologies with overall strategy, with strict adherence to HSE standards.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have :

• Master's degree from an accredited university, at least 4-5 years of experience in Rotating Equipment Design or Management.
• Have proven capability to operate in trans-disciplinary and cross-functional team while Projects or Programs are executed.
• Have demonstrated competencies in systems engineering and technology innovation through analytical and continuous improvement skills in an ever-changing environment with shifting priorities.
• Good experience within Product Management teams.
