Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to drive the development process, ensuring that the software aligns with the overall objectives of the organization. Your role will also require you to adapt to changing requirements and contribute to the continuous improvement of software development practices. Roles & Responsibilities: Software Development: -Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions using C# and .NET Core. - Implement and maintain features in .NET Core MVC applications.( (minimum 2 years in .net core) - Worked in Agile framework Database Management: - Work with Microsoft SQL Server to design and optimize database structures. - Write efficient SQL queries and ensure database performance. - Work with Postgres DB to design and optimize database structures (for-DMT only) API Development: - Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between different modules using .net core - Integrate APIs into web applications Front-End Technologies: - Utilize jQuery and JavaScript for front-end development. - Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces with View JS. Version Control: - Use GIT for version control and collaborate effectively with other team members. - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Strong understanding of cloud services and infrastructure management. - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Ability to automate processes and improve system reliability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
