OVERVIEW:

The Logistics Analyst I plays a key role in supporting outbound logistics operations at our Fort Worth, TX distribution center. This position is responsible for driving on-time store deliveries, coordinating with internal and external partners, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with the Logistics Manager, this role ensures efficient scheduling, communication, and execution of store deliveries while contributing to departmental goals and cost management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain monthly Outbound store delivery schedules. Manage and communicate daily delivery schedule changes with carriers, stores, and internal teams. Upload and manage shipment data in the Transportation Management System (TMS).

• Coordinate Outbound shipments and return deliveries with Shipping & Loading teams, carriers, and store teammates. Serve as a liaison between Logistics, Store Operations, Distribution Centers, Loss Prevention, and other stakeholders.

• Support department objectives as outlined by the Outbound Logistics Manager. Contribute to initiatives that improve delivery performance and cost efficiency. Track and report logistics expenses and update monthly Outbound logistics financial reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree focus in Business, Finance, Logistics or Supply Chain

•  1 – 3 years' knowledge of the transportation industry

• General appreciation for Supply Chain technology solutions, including TMS, WMS, Yard Management and EDI
