Job Description:

The Member Services Specialist is responsible and accountable for assisting with directing and implementing all Member Services operations. These include any member interaction from prospects to existing members, sales, facility tours, front desk operations, to all communication within the centers, clerical duties as necessary, anything deemed necessary by supervisor. Other responsibilities include overseeing programs, flyers, communication and surveys.Education: ▪ Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent ▪ Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a Related Field Experience: ▪ Preferred: Previous Sales, Promotions, or Customer Service experience Skills: ▪ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). ▪ Friendly disposition, good people skills ▪ Ability to multi-task in a high volume area ▪ Tolerance for working with large, multi-site environment ▪ Highly organized and independent thinker ▪ Ability to present information to large groups ▪ Accomplish projects with creativity and timeliness Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ N/A
