 Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• IAM Project Manager with Scrum Skills

• Nice to have a good knowledge of IAM (cradle to grave for identity)
• Knowledge of account admin / authentication / access
• Understands the challenges of IAM.
• SailPoint or able to talk about similar tool

• Technical background / Able to easily understand technical concepts and understand how technologies jive and intersect.

• Responsibilities

• Develops, overall project plans to ensure on time and on budget delivery of major technology initiatives across the enterprise.
• SaFE Scrum master with experience managing roadmaps, facilitating refinement of  work down to stories and tasks, PI and sprint planning, retrospectives.
• Responsible for utilizing project management / Scrum methods, standards, project integration as well as the coordination of all internal and external resources required to complete assigned projects.
• Provides timely and concise communications to functional leadership regarding project status and pending issues; analyzes processes and makes recommendations for optimizing resources and product delivery.
• Develops project plans/Roadmaps/PI plans/ Sprint plans based on specifications provided by the Portfolio Management staff and manages effective execution of the initiatives.
• Builds consensus among multiple process leads relative to project scope, task execution, staffing and issue resolution.
• Works where applicable with Cencora vendors on behalf of the business area represented.
• Provides overall financial direction for the projects to manage the development of budgets, controls and measurements to monitor project progress.
• Identifies potential risks/impediments within the project; proactively manages to closure.
• Participates in identifying project costs, resource allocation, project schedule changes and issue escalation.
• Frequently interacts with Cencora team members including business area management, portfolio managers, vendors, consultants and other contractors.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

Work timings: 12 pm to 9 pm IST

Experience & Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience. 4+ years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in IT project management or IT delivery.
