We are currently seeking a Lead Product Designer specializing in digital product design to join our JLL Product Design team. The primary purpose of the role is to lead product design activity across multiple products for JLL.
What this job involves
As a Lead Product Designer, you will be directly responsible for leading product design activity across multiple products for JLL, with a high degree of independence. You will support and mentor more junior Product Designers with their products and developing practice, contributing new approaches and innovations to the wider design team, including the utilisation of emerging technologies such as AI, for consideration and adoption.
Our products are wide-ranging, serving end customers and internal teams across sales, leasing, and portfolio management, with elements of demand generation, sales acceleration, and data visualisation. Your time will vary between design execution across key products, conceptual experience design across a range of initiatives, and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders – never a dull day! You will be customer and insight-led in your approach, with a sharp eye for detail and a strong track record of bringing product concepts to life with great design.
The resulting experiences will define excellence for our 'front-of-stage' product offerings, combining services, technology and content in ways that engage and delight our customers, online and offline.
