The Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) will be responsible for developing customized recruitment strategies implementing innovative sourcing techniques to attract high caliber and quality candidates, ensuring current and future hiring demands. The TAP will leverage their expert knowledge on industry trends and market conditions to consult and collaborate with Hiring Managers and other HR Leaders on aligning recruitment strategies with the organizations overall business goals. In addition, by using strong negotiation and closing techniques, this individual will successfully guide candidates through the offer process and secure long-term associates for the organization. A Brief Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) will be responsible for developing customized recruitment strategies implementing innovative sourcing techniques to attract high caliber and quality candidates, ensuring current and future hiring demands. The TAP will leverage their expert knowledge on industry trends and market conditions to consult and collaborate with Hiring Managers and other HR Leaders on aligning recruitment strategies with the organizations overall business goals. In addition, by using strong negotiation and closing techniques, this individual will successfully guide candidates through the offer process and secure long-term associates for the organization. What you will do
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, job requirements, and qualifications.
  • Reviewing resumes and screening candidates for hiring leader submittal.
  • Job requisition management, scheduling interviews, managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and handling rejection communications.
  • Compliance: Ensuring initial paperwork and compliance requirements (licensure checks) are met.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) for High-volume, non-exempt, or entry-level clinical and administrative staff (e.g., CNAs, Medical Assistants, Lab Techs, administrative support).
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to first day of employment.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, and organizational leaders on talent and recruitment related matters including requisition escalations.
  • Consulting with hiring managers on effective interview techniques and recruitment plans for hard-to-fill roles
  • Align TA tactics, and strategies with overall business goals.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to recruiting processes.
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, universities, community groups, schools etc. as needed
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform and improve recruitment processes
  • Performs other job functions as assigned or requested.

Education/Formal Training Requirements
  • Required - Bachelor's Degree Business Administration
  • Preferred - Bachelor's Degree Human Resources
  • Preferred - High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work Experience Requirements
  • Required - Recruitment 1-3 years
  • Preferred - Human Resources 1-3 years

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Working knowledge of human resources & talent acquisition systems to track and manage candidate pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems including Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel
  • Able to manage a high volume of applicants and job requisitions
  • Demonstrates strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Candidate relationship building, active listening, and basic knowledge of healthcare terminology and roles.
  • Time management and high-volume transactional efficiency with candidates, job offers and requisitions
  • Adaptable to hiring demands and organizational goals.
  • Demonstrates high influence on candidates by showcasing the values of working with the organization.

Supervision Provided by this Position
  • There are no supervisory or lead responsibilities associated with this position.

Physical Demands
  • The physical activities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion.
  • Must have good balance and coordination.
  • The physical requirements of this position are: light work - exerting up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently.
  • The Associate is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity, such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; or extensive reading.
  • The conditions to which the Associate will be subject in this position: The Associate is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions; job functions are typically performed under conditions such as those found in general office or administrative work.
