Your opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Senior Director of Hong Kong Sourcing Office, you will lead and elevate our Asia-based sourcing operations, serving as the regional anchor for supplier engagement and execution of global sourcing objectives. You will be responsible for translating corporate sourcing objectives into actionable sourcing plans, delivering supplier performance, buy-readiness, and operational excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving agility, innovation, and cost efficiency across our vendor network, while upholding sustainability and compliance standards. This role is pivotal in bridging global strategy with in-region execution, enabling a resilient and responsive supply chain that supports our growth and brand integrity.

The Sourcing Team builds and executes a sustainable global sourcing strategy that enables us to deliver exceptional products at the right place, with the right quality and cost, and on time. You will collaborate internally with Product Development, Commercialization, Finance, Raw Materials, Quality, Planning, and Sustainability, as well as externally with our vendor partners to execute our strategy.
