The Target Enterprise Services (TES) organization is close to the action when it comes to communication—whether with guests or Target team members. We directly support Target’s bottom line through building guest loyalty as the retailer of choice and taking care of our team members so that they can get back to the work they do best, from headquarters to stores to distribution centers.

As a Senior Specialist RedCard Operations, you will provide back-office support to our guests, TES service centers, external vendors and agencies, and business partners by researching, reviewing, and processing written requests in a timely and accurate manner. These requests are related to REDcard™ account maintenance, collection processes, payment inquiries, and legal documents such as subpoenas and affidavits. You will be responsible for clearly understanding and abiding by all policies and procedures and adhering to strict data security guidelines and compliance regulations, while achieving performance and service level goals utilizing strong time management and attention to detail.

About you:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of previous guest experience or customer service experience
  • Ability to interact with guests, team members and internal business partners with a professional, friendly, empathetic style, and deescalate as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating and decision making skills. 
  • Ability to use various information sources to answer questions, identify problems and appropriately resolve guest issues
  • Strong technical skills, ability to work within multiple systems, and high proficiency with PC/Microsoft applications
  • Proficiency with TSYS preferred
