Who You Are

You are a motivated individual with a high capacity for learning, analyzing, reasoning, and problem solving. You also excel at communication, persuasive writing and presentation, and working with a variety of stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data with regards to the processes and systems within the Authentication Center (AC); performing internal process audits and providing feedback and recommendations to Authentication Center management; and performing statistical modeling and analysis to test and validate process and production quality. You may also support other projects and initiatives in the Continuous Improvement (CI) department, providing data collection and analysis, process auditing, or other related functions to projects.

The Impact You Will Make Here 

  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on the quality and effectiveness of AC processes

    • Modeling and mapping of AC processes and systems; ie: Value stream mapping, process mapping, and other visualization techniques

    • Root cause analysis of process, production, and quality failures within the AC

    • Process testing and monitoring activities; ie: Time studies, Gage R&R, control charts, etc.

    • Providing analysis of Customer Experience data to Operations Management in support of process quality and improvement

  • Creating, managing, and improving process audit systems within the AC

    • Communicating with Operations Management to coordinate and ensure completion of audits

    • Analysis and reporting of audit results to Operations Management, with recommendations for improvement

  • Supporting Operations in root cause analyses, Corrective Action/Preventive Action plans, containment activities, and other responses to quality failures

  • Partnering with the R&D and Operational Excellence teams to audit and verify the effectiveness of new and improved processes

  • Supporting the creation and execution of Quality systems within the AC

  • Partnering with other Continuous Improvement teams to support process development and improvement projects


 

What You Bring to the Team

  • Minimum 2-year collegiate degree; equivalent experience may be considered

  • 2-3 years of statistical data analysis in Supply Chain setting, or equivalent experience

  • Working knowledge of concepts in Lean Six Sigma, quality control & assurance, and/or process improvement and analysis

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English language

  • Strong computer processing skills, especially Google Suite and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to give constructive feedback relating to process quality and function

  • Ability to communicate logic and reasoning to support solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems

  • Understanding of statistical reasoning and methodology as they relate to data analysis and hypothesis testing

  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across a wide array of teams

  • 4-year collegiate degree in statistics, business, or a related field preferred

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or above) preferred

  • Certifications in Auditing, Process/Production Quality, Quality Assurance preferred

  • Knowledge of hobby games like Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh! and Pokemon strongly preferred

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.

$61,200 - $94,050

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
