What You Will Do :

  • Perform core service management activities, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Change Enablement, and Monitoring & Event Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding support and communication through all interactions

  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth IT operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional Customer service and communication skills

  • Technical skills such as experience with IT Service Management, ITIL, ServiceNow, and an intermediate understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure are highly valued

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks

  • Located in or willing to work from our Ballarat office for a minimum of 4 days a week.

Additional Requirements:
Security Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens only.

On-call and Shift Expectations: Our positions are primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed. Your ability to effectively manage these responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our services and client satisfaction
